1Introduction

Welcome to Game 939. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Game 939 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the Game 939 website, mobile interface, games, betting services and any other features made available through the platform.

2Eligibility

Failure to provide valid documents when requested may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Game 939 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances or bonuses associated with them may be voided.

3.2 Account Security

4.3 Fees

4.4 Currency

All balances, deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals at Game 939 are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion takes place on the platform.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk opposing bets to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of exploitation — is strictly prohibited at Game 939. Where bonus abuse is detected, Game 939 may void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and close the account without further notice.

6Game Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All games available at Game 939 are sourced from licensed and certified providers. RNG-based games use independently audited random number generators. Live dealer games involve physical equipment managed by trained dealers. Published RTP figures are accurate and sourced directly from game providers. Game 939 does not modify game outcomes.

6.2 Bet Finality
